L 50 SLIDING SEGMENTS, BALCONIES, LOGGIAS AND SLIDING INTERNAL WALLS DEVELOPMENT

PURPOSEL 50

  • for the construction of sliding balcony and loggias casings type L50B that do not require technical insulation.
  • for the construction of sliding interior walls and serving hatches type L50S.


The purpose of L50B segments is the construction of balcony casings on storeys located at the maximum level of 25m over the ground and loggia casings on storeys located at the maximum level of 55m over the ground.
L 50S products are used for the construction of sliding division walls (solid and glazed), which may be used as non-load bearing interior walls in residential, public service and industrial buildings. 


TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
L 50 system consists of one-chamber aluminium profiles without a thermal separator.
The leaf scan takes place on specially adjusted carriages.

Due to the type of the frame used, there is a possibility to pre-fabricate the structure on a dual or triple rail.

Casing depth:

  • frame 50 mm (dual), 89.5 mm (triple rail),
  • leaf 30 mm


The L 50 system makes use of various infill types (single glazing safe or insulated, and non-transparent chipboards) 4 to 18 mm thick.

The maximum structural dimensions possible to perform in this system are:

  • L 50B maximum window unit dimensions H=1650, B=1300 mm
  • L 50B maximum door unit dimensions H=2800, B=1300 mm
  • L 50S maximum sliding segment dimensions H=3000, B=1500 mm


Maximum leaf weight 40 kg
